1. High pole lamp pole: The high pole lamp manufacturer plans to produce a height of 15-40 meters. The pole is an octagonal, twelve-sided, or eighteen-sided cone-shaped pole body, which is manufactured in three sections. The plate thickness from top to bottom is 6m, Sm, and 10m, respectively. The upper diameter is 280m, and the lower diameter is 560m. It is made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending, and automatic welding. The planned maximum wind resistance can reach 60 meters/second. It can be equipped with a high-quality steel plate flange with a diameter of 950mm and a plate thickness of 25mm.

The main pole and bracket of the high pole lamp are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates that are formed by a large bending machine and rolled at one time, and are formed by submerged arc automatic welding. The pole and lamp panel are hot-dip galvanized as a whole, and the surface is sprayed with poly-cool powder, which can ensure that the surface is corrosion-free for 30 years.

3. There are two types of high pole lights: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting high pole lights are generally used for high pole lights above 18 meters. The electric lifting is easy to operate. After the lamp panel is raised to the working position, the panel can be automatically removed and hung in the ditch, and the wire rope can be unloaded. There are two ways to lift the high pole lamp, namely electric lifting and manual lifting. The electric lifting system consists of an electric motor, a winch, a hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope and a rubber cable. It is installed inside the lamp pole, and the lifting speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute. For the manual lifting system, the length of the lead-out line of the manual remote control device is 10 meters. We can manually control the lifting of the lamp panel at 5 meters, which can ensure our personal safety.
