Mongolia Wind–Solar Hybrid Street Lighting Project

This project was implemented in Mongolia, where the climate features strong winds, wide open areas, and limited grid power coverage.

To ensure stable and sustainable road lighting, the client selected a wind–solar hybrid street lighting system suitable for harsh environmental conditions.

The client required a lighting solution that could:

• Operate reliably in high-wind and cold environments
• Ensure stable power supply during long winters and low sunlight periods
• Reduce dependence on grid electricity
• Support large-scale installation with low maintenance costs

We supplied wind–solar hybrid street lighting systems designed for extreme outdoor conditions:

• Dual energy input combining wind turbine and solar panel for continuous power generation
• 50W high-efficiency LED light source to provide sufficient road illumination
• 6-meter light poles optimized for stability and lighting distribution
• Intelligent controller to balance energy generation, storage, and lighting output
• This hybrid solution ensured reliable lighting performance throughout the year.

A total of 450 sets were installed along roads and open areas across the project site.

The system design allowed for efficient installation and smooth commissioning.

After installation, the lighting system demonstrated stable operation and consistent illumination, even under challenging weather conditions.

The client expressed satisfaction with the system reliability, energy efficiency, and overall project quality.
