2.Double protection process:
Hot-dip galvanizing: The zinc layer thickness is ≥85μm, which complies with GB/T13912 standard, provides more than 30 years of anti-corrosion protection, and effectively copes with corrosive environments such as acid rain and salt spray.
Electrostatic spraying process: Environmentally friendly polyester powder coating is used, with adhesion of level 1, smooth surface without particles, long-lasting color and no fading (optional RAL standard color number), UV aging resistance, and service life increased by 50%.
3.Intelligent design: The tapered rod has a streamlined design and low wind resistance coefficient; the bottom flange is equipped with bolt hole embedded parts as standard, which is convenient for installation; the built-in inspection door and waterproof junction box save time and effort for maintenance.

Material
Usually Q235B/A36,minimum yield strength>=235n/mm2,Q345B/A572,minimum yield strength>=345n/mm2,we use Q235 Grade A steel plate (whose Si≤0.04%, yield strength is >245Mpa, tensile strength is 375-500MPa), which confirm to the executive standard is GB699-88.

Welding process
Cracking, leakage solder, continuous hole, undercut, etc all these should not exist on whole pole, besides the welding seam should be smooth without convex-concave surface, neither welding defect, the welding flaw detection report should be provided, and it should be conducted according to GB/T3323-1989III. Hot dip galvanized process
We adopt hot-dip galvanization instead of cold galvanizing, so as to strengthen its anti-corrosion ability, the thickness of galvanization should ≥75um, complies with GB-/T13912-92 standard. The design lifespan should not less than 30 years, its appearance should be smooth, glazing and color should be uniformed, non-scale, non-peeled off.
Painting process
Outdoor pure polyester powder, the colors are selectable. Its adhesive force should be strong, it surface should anti intensive UV, and adapt to coastal cities as well as salinity.
