1.Made of high-quality steel: Made of Q235/Q345 high-strength carbon structural steel, it undergoes a precision cold-bending process to ensure that the overall structure of the lamp pole is stable, with excellent wind and earthquake resistance, and can withstand 12-level strong winds and severe weather challenges.

2.Double protection process:

Hot-dip galvanizing: The zinc layer thickness is ≥85μm, which complies with GB/T13912 standard, provides more than 30 years of anti-corrosion protection, and effectively copes with corrosive environments such as acid rain and salt spray.

Electrostatic spraying process: Environmentally friendly polyester powder coating is used, with adhesion of level 1, smooth surface without particles, long-lasting color and no fading (optional RAL standard color number), UV aging resistance, and service life increased by 50%.
