Traffic signal pole dimensions
1.The signal light pole body is made of Q235B steel. The upright pole and cantilever are both rectangular square tube structures. High-frequency welding is adopted, and the welds are smooth and free of pores. The fasteners are all made of galvanized or stainless steel, and the grade is 8.8 high-strength grade.
2.The main pole of the signal light pole is 7~7.5m high, with a rectangular square tube structure, 150×250mm square tube, and a wall thickness of 5~10mm; the cantilever length is 6~14m, with a rectangular square tube structure, 100×200 square tube, and a wall thickness of 4~8mm. The tops of the columns and cross arms should be sealed and welded, and process holes should be opened. The flange size is formulated according to national standards to ensure strength. The wind resistance level of the upright pole is 12 and the earthquake resistance level is 6.
3.The signal light pole is hot-dip galvanized as a whole, will not rust for 20 years, the surface is sprayed with plastic, and the color can be selected by yourself (white or silver gray is recommended for this signal light pole).
4.The side length of the lamp surface is 400, 500 or 600mm, the signal light combination is pixel tube mode, vertical installation, aluminum shell and plastic shell are optional.
